Daniel Levinson wrote a book - The Seasons of a Man’s Life which goes over the different periods in a man’s life. Rob Henderson gives a detailed summary in The Age 30 Crisis and Seasons of a Man's Life. As someone in the midst of a career transition and in their young 30s, I felt seen reading this summary.
